"Micah Roy did a phenomenal job cleaning the carpets on all 3 levels of my home. Not only was he punctual, polite and professional, he did a thorough job pre treating and cleaning all the carpets which was a big job. The house smells very fresh and many of the older carpets look like new again. Micah has also cleaned the grout in my kitchen. The floor looks so beautiful once again. My 10 year old son said the floor looked "creepy clean" as we all noticed a huge difference in the overall appearance of the entire room by having the grout cleaned. Micah went above and beyond by also cleaning two chairs that were filthy and were not scheduled to be cleaned. I simply asked and he easily agreed to tackle that job as well. Micah and his assistants, Jacob (grout cleaning) and Greg (carpet cleaning) were thorough, friendly and very competent.
