ConstantCare™ Floor Maintenance Plan
Most janitorial and carpet cleaning companies use a "frequency schedule" to price out their carpet cleaning contracts. This type of cleaning isn't based on any real need - floors are cleaned because the calendar says so.
With ConstantCare™ Floor Maintenance Plan you're only cleaning the carpet that needs cleaning. Our efforts are targeted where the cleaning is needed most, We do this by observation - not by "guesstimation". This allows you to get the most value from a limited floor care budget. The total area cleaned is similar to the "frequency schedule", except the floors requiring more care were given more attention.
Your Account Manager will do a building traffic assessment and determine what zones need what type of cleaning and when. Our Floor Care Technicians are trained in the latest floor care technaology and are graduates of the IICRC.
